BEND ELITE BASEBALL × LIFT · FALL 2026 · BEND, OREGON

Six Sundays that build the 2027 season.

A velocity and rotational development series for Bend travel baseball players — a Bend Elite Baseball program with Lift Fitness Studio, coached by an NFL-trained performance coach and a travel baseball coach from one of Bend's premier teams, together. Not more baseball reps: the athletic qualities that transfer to throwing harder, swinging faster, running better, and staying healthy all season.

01 · THE COACHES

An NFL lineman and a travel baseball coach, on the same field for your kid.

This series exists because two Bend coaches kept meeting the same problem from opposite sides: travel baseball players with real skill and no athletic engine underneath it. Cornelius Edison spent his career learning what world-class strength coaching actually looks like. Jacob Green spends every spring watching what Bend's 10U hitters and pitchers are missing. The Fall Development Series is their answer — pro-level athletic training, scaled to youth players, pointed straight at the 2027 season.

02 · WHY IT WORKS

The gap between fall sports and baseball is where seasons are made.

Velocity is built, not wished for

Throwing harder and swinging faster come from lower-body force, rotational power, and sequencing — the exact qualities this series trains, measured at the start and retested at the end.

The fall gap is the opportunity

Between fall sports and baseball-specific training, most players simply stop developing. Six focused Sundays turn that dead zone into the strength and movement base the 2027 season gets built on.

Durability first

Shoulder health, arm care, landing mechanics, and mobility are woven through every session — the goal is a player who gets faster and stays healthy through a full travel season.

Not more baseball reps

Your player already gets swings and throws all spring and summer. This is the athletic engine underneath them — sprint mechanics, jump training, core stability, body control.
